1. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, access, or use the Platform.
2. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
   1. You are at least 18 years old.
   2. You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
   3. You have not been convicted of a felony or any crime involving violence or sexual misconduct.
3. We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

2. Account Registration & Security

1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security. Kasure is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access.

3. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, occupation, or intentions.
• Share or post sexually explicit content that is illegal, exploitative, or violates any law; absolutely no child sexual content.
• Use the Platform for commercial solicitation, advertising, or selling products/services without our prior written consent.
• Harass, stalk, dox, or harm other users, or incite others to do so.
• Upload malware, attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise disrupt or overload the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules or our policies.

4. Safety & Responsibility

1. Your safety is your responsibility. While we strive to foster a safe community, we do not conduct criminal background checks on users unless required by law.
2. You acknowledge that interacting with others carries inherent risks and that Kasure is not liable for the actions or conduct of users online or offline.
3. We recommend meeting in public places and informing a trusted person of your plans. In an emergency, contact local authorities.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

1. By posting content (e.g., photos, text, profile information) on the Platform, you grant Kasure a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.
2. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post your content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
3. All Kasure trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property remain our exclusive property.

6. Subscription & Payment (if applicable)

1. Some features may require payment (e.g., premium memberships, boosts). By purchasing, you agree to pay the fees displayed at checkout.
2. Unless required by law, all fees are non-refundable. Where offered, trial periods or promotional pricing will be honored per the terms presented.
3. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice to the extent required by applicable law.

7. Termination

1. We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms or conduct that we deem harmful.
2. You may deactivate or delete your account at any time in settings or by contacting support.
3. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform;
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user content;
• Any particular outcomes (matches, dates, relationships).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or relating to your use of the Platform.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Uganda to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform.
